NVC Welcomes Tia Jackson as Membership Experience Manager

NVC is excited to welcome Tia Jackson as our new Membership Experience Manager. In this role, Tia will play a key part in advancing NVC’s mission to support, engage, and elevate our members while strengthening connections across the Northern Virginia business community.

Tia brings more than 13 years of experience in membership engagement, customer success, program operations, and project execution across a variety of industries. Her career has been defined by a commitment to building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional member experiences.

A recent graduate of Penn State University’s Master of Project Management program, Tia is passionate about data-driven decision-making and creating strategies that deliver long-term value. She believes close connections are the foundation of successful organizations and is dedicated to helping members maximize the benefits of their NVC membership.

With her extensive background in member engagement, Tia is well-positioned to deepen member engagement, better understand members’ needs, and helps foster a vibrant business community.
