NVC is doubling down on its mission to strengthen regional business connectivity and create new pathways for leaders to learn, collaborate, and influence what comes next. For 2026, we are proud to unveil an expanded portfolio of must-attend Northern Virginia business events designed to support the goals outlined in the NOVA Roadmap initiative and our 2026 Legislative Agenda. We consistently bring together top executives, industry experts, and public-sector trailblazers to foster high-value conversations that support the success of NVC members and propel our regional economy forward.
This enhanced suite of programs builds on long-standing Signature Events, such as the Annual Members’ Meeting, the Distinguished Service Awards (DSA), the Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards® (GovCon Awards), Lobby Day/Viva Virginia, and C-Suite Roundtables.
This is more than adding dates to a calendar: It is a strategic investment in deeper member engagement and cross-sector partnerships that position organizations to shape Northern Virginia’s economic future.
New! Signature Events and Programs for 2026
Annual State of the Region
Wednesday, February 25, 2026: This NVC Signature Event (previously known as the Annual Economic Outlook/Conference) is the region’s executive-level briefing on economic growth, infrastructure, workforce trends, and long-term competitiveness. Business, government, and community leaders come together for a clear-eyed assessment of where we stand and what is needed next. Richmond Fed President Tom Barkin will be the keynote speaker, and a moderated panel of business leaders will share their observations about the region’s outlook for the year. A private VIP lunch for event sponsors following the main program offers an opportunity for more candid dialogue and one-on-one connection. Register today! (NVC Members only)
NOVA Roadmap Innovators and Stakeholders Exchange (NOVA RISE)
March 2026: NOVA RISE highlights the innovation initiatives that will shape Northern Virginia’s next decade. Two expert panels dig into high-growth areas tied to the Roadmap. A private VIP luncheon provides additional space for collaboration among senior stakeholders.
NOVA State of Entrepreneurship
